What’s the song that plays towards the end of episode 2, season 1 when the older couple part after spending the night talking on a bench and return to their significant others? Some of the words: “red and yellow dancing in your eyes” “I let my heart fly above the high wire” “don’t you remember when the circus came to town”. It’s performed by a beautiful female voice.
It’s by Nerina Pallot. She has some other beautiful songs too. I too was searching for this song for a while . First time an amazon series has made me cry like a baby haha
It’s on Apple Music. You can also find it directly by searching the episode script and clicking the music tab. It’s called Circus. 😄 Still looking for the theme song, however.
The Helen Reddy song is a different song. There is a lyric You and Me Against the World, by Helen Reddy, which is sort of similar but it’s not the song from Episode 2 PLEASE someone find out what that song is! I really love it.
Problem solved. Ending song in episode 2 is sung by Nerina Pallot. Song written by Gary Clark for the show. Presumably called Circus. To be released next week on soundtrack. Lots of Twitter snooping. If I only got paid to do this research. ..
Thanks Vicky, I apparently have spent a lot of hours on my sofa using Shazam and all the music platform to search for that misterious “Circus” song, thanks a million time, it’s so great to find the song you’re desperatly looking for
Song in Episode 2 when the older couple say their goodbyes…desperate to find it. Siri nor Shazam knew it and I’ve been googling the lyrics with no luck!
What’s the song, in the last scene where it rains, with lyrics
Try it on, try it out
Don’t wait another minute,
No, don’t hang around,
Cause we’re the lost and found.
Please reply.
Also looking for the theme song !!
I found the words to the song , but still no artist or song
We face the music together And throw our hats in the ring Facing all kinds of weather And not afraid of anything Hey When the sun comes up, we’ll be on our way And we don’t care where we land And the waves are high, but we won’t turn round ‘Cause your hand is in my hand And, oh-oh You make me feel invincible ‘Cause it’s you and me Through the wind and hail Setting sail into the world.
Regarding Don’t mention the war (E4). I’m pretty sure it’s the band The Divine Comedy from Northern Ireland. Can’t find anything on the song though. Their other stuff is definitely worth checking out too.
Searched like crazy but cannot find that amazing song from the end of episode # When the Circus Came to Town. @#$%^&*!!! on Amazon for not making the list available.

Melissa Manchester. Don’t cry out loud or something.
You would think there would be a list of songs. Wouldn’t you?
Yes, please…I have been searching for that too.
I think it may be a mixture of songs? because some of the lyrics are from You and Me Against the World originally sung by Helen Reddy.
I would love to know the name of that song too!
I’d love to know that song, too.
In Prime x-ray all it says is Circus. But haven’t been able to get further than that so far.

It is a rap song with some pretty offensive/funny lyrics.
according to this reddit post, it was a song created just for the scene.
